How to set up different order statuses?

  1. In the ‘Order’ page, click on ‘View details’.
  2. You can finalize the order by clicking on the ‘Process order’ to change the order status from ‘Order placed’ to ‘Processing’, processing order can not be edited and canceled.
  3. Once the order has been picked up or delivered. You can change the order status from ‘Processing’ to ‘Delivered’ by clicking on the ‘Mark as shipped’
  4. For orders paid with credit card, order status turns into ‘Completed’ when payment is received. For orders not paid with credit card, you have to manually mark as ‘Completed’.
  5. Orders can only be deleted by sellers by clicking on the ‘Delete order’.
  6. Orders can be canceled by customers and the order status will indicate ‘Canceled’.
  7. In the ‘Order’ page, you can select the orders you want to batch edit by clicking on the green button at the bottom.

How to set up status as ‘deleted’?

  1. In the ‘Order’ page, click on ‘View details’.

  2. You can click on ‘Delete order’ for ones where the statuses are ‘Order placed’ and ‘Processing’.

  3. Once deleted, the order will be canceled and cannot be recovered.
