Note: There are quite a few steps, so we’d love to walk you through this a call. You can schedule a meeting here. This is completely free of charge and shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes.

Upgrade to the Standard Plan to access the CSA feature

  1. Immediately after signing up, you’ll see a popup to upgrade. To get your one month free trial, we’ll need you to enter your credit card info to get started. As long as you cancel 24 hours before the end of your trial, you won’t be charged.
  2. If you somehow dismissed the popup, you can still see a prompt to upgrade at the top of the home portal. Or, you can head over to account settings to do so.
  3. Once you upgrade your plan, you will have access to all the paid features. To add a CSA, go to the home portal and scroll down to ‘Tools’. Click on ‘Subscription products’.

Setting up your CSA

Click on ‘Create subscription item’ to get started.

Step 1: Add the basic info of the subscription item

Fill out the product name, unit, price, and stock limit. Remember to add a few nice photos!

You can also specify additional info like tax or original price (for special promotions). We suggest you add a product tag (e.g. CSA), which will appear as a small label on the corner of the product image when added to the store. This way, your customers can distinguish these subscription products from others.

Step 2: Set logistics

Specify if you want to take payment for the whole season ahead of time, or charge your customers one fulfillment at a time.
